Most people think marketing is about getting noticed. I keep finding myself more interested in the opposite question: why people notice one thing and overlook another that is just as good.

That question has pulled me in directions I didn’t plan. Automobiles, deep technology, manufacturing, branding, AI, policy. Sometimes all at once. The industries change. The question doesn’t. The most interesting answers usually seem to appear where those industries overlap.

I studied Information Technology at GITAM University, then an MBA in Communication Management at the Symbiosis School of Media and Communication. Somewhere between the two I realised the technology is rarely the hard part. Explaining why it matters usually is.

Since then I’ve worked across cross-border fintech at Stockal, agency work at WATConsult (now part of Dentsu), and deep-tech manufacturing at Chara Technologies. Different industries, surprisingly similar problem. Good products don’t always become memorable. Great engineering doesn’t always explain itself.

That’s roughly why this site exists. Some pieces start with something I noticed this morning, others with a question that has been sitting around for months. I write them in Thoughts. The projects where those ideas were tested live in Work.

None of it is written to arrive at a final answer. It is where I think out loud. If something here resonates, or you think I’ve got it wrong, I’d genuinely like to hear from you.
